Problem Viewing Cameras

Camera Speed Seems Slow

The speed of the camera feed will vary depending on how many users are actively viewing images. The feed will be faster with less users and slower with more users. Additionally, the camera feed will also be slower on a slow internet connection or if your network/internet connection is having connectivity issues.

I can log in, but there is no visible camera feed.

Spam Blockers are usually the culprit. Log out of the camera viewing page,  turn off all spam blockers for the browser, and log in again. If the camera feed is still not visible, please try different browser. If those two solutions do not work, please contact GNB for assistance.

Contacting AXIS

Axis is the camera manufacturer. The AXIS Media Control can be installed on any Windows platform, but only Windows 2000, Windows XP or higher are supported.
